Michael Torres, also known as Myke Towers in the music industry is a Puerto Rican singer and rapper born on January 15, 1994. Mike Towers became Myke Towers slightly in 2017 as a tribute to The Young Kingz Music Movement, where he is a resident. This was a shift of the first letter in the name to a "y" to honour the band. Myke Towers has been in the underground rap scene in Puerto Rico since his adolescence making his very first songs and freestyles on the SoundCloud account. He gained acclaim in 2014 by releasing songs such as Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal and En los Bloques. Also, his La Nueva Droga rap and Drake's original song 0 to 100 attracted the attention of hip-hop fans.
