Kari Samantha was an American actress, singer (born on the 28th of April, 1967). Wuhrer started her career when she was just a teen. Her most well-known role is for her character Maggie Beckett on the TV series Sliders as well her role as her character, Sheriff Samantha Parker, in the thriller-comedy film Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer was born within Brookfield Connecticut as her mother was Karin Noble who was employed as a pay clerk and German American Andrew Wuhrer. She is the mother of three siblings and brothers. She started singing at club nights as a teenager. She often would leave her home to perform. When she began studying acting at Wooster School, at the age of 13, she studied drama in New York University's Tisch School of the Arts located at Marymount Manhattan College and Columbia University. Then, she took classes at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts under the famed Uta Hagen. Her birthplace was in Brookfield Connecticut on April 28 her birthplace, she was raised there.
